TriSTART - Lecture is cycling technique as well as gear sales/information
TriSTART swim - teach pool with Coach Brian

Tuesday night run: 6:30-7:30pm from the lobby of Commonwealth Place. 
Tuesday night swim: 7:45-8:45pm in the main pool with Coaches Kylie and John

Wednesday, Feb 8th

Spin class with Chris Siver - Speedwork

Thursday, Feb 9th

Track Run: 6:30-7:30pm at Claremont School (Speed work)
TriSTART swim: 7:45-8:30pm in the teach pool with Coach Brian
Thursday Group Swim: 7:45-8:45pm with Coaches Lindsey, Kylie and John

Saturday, Feb 11th

Indoor or outdoors, call made Saturday morning by 7am and posted on our Facebook Group Page: https://www.facebook.com/groups/151949394834147/
If outdoors meet at 9am at Commonwealth Place (first parking lot on the left)
If indoors meet at 8:45am on the mezzanine at Commonwealth place. Allow set up time.

Sunday, Feb 12th

Swim from 9-10am with Coaches John and Caity
Semi Private Sessions with Coach Brian (teach pool) 9-10am
Group run from 10:30am to approx noon
