Starts at 6:30pm with Spin Coach Saskia Bjornson (mezzanine at Commonwealth Place)

Tuesday TriSTART
Welcome Lecture 6pm in the Pacific Dogwood Room with Coaches Lindsey Millar and Connie Dunwoody.

Tuesday Run Group
Meet in the lobby of Commonwealth Place for a 6:30pm run start with Coach Johnny Greaves.

Tuesday Swim
7:30 - FREE Core Workout on the Pool Deck
7:45-8:30pm - TriSTART in the Teach Pool with Coaches Brian and Connie
7:45-8:45pm - Competition Pool with Coaches John, Kylie and Lindsey

Wednesday Spin Class
Join Spin Coach Chris Siver from 6:30-7:45pm for a solid hour of spin. Follow it up with a short run (optional) brick.

Thursday Run Group - Claremont Track
TriSTART group and run group meet at Claremont School Track at 6:30pm for a group run. All workouts adapted to all runners/walkers there. Run ends by 7:30pm leaving plenty of time to return to Commonwealth for the Swim Class.

Saturday Group Ride
Meet at Commonwealth Place 9am (first parking lot on the left by Elk Lake Drive.)

Sunday Swim
Coaches Johnny and Caity will meet you on the pool deck at 9am for a slightly more relaxed swim Sunday mornings. Enter the pool via the back door, come down the stairs onto the pool deck. Group change rooms are open.

Sunday Run
Coach John Greaves will meet you behind Commonwealth Place at 10:30am for a group long run. Run your own pace, John will have a route planned (longer and shorter versions.)
