7:45-8:45 Group Swim
TriSTART Group in Lane 8 (Teach Pool lanes also available) with Brian MacArthur

Wednesday

6:30-7:30pm Spin Class
Spin with Chris Siver. Your last session! Join in in the Spring with sessions on Monday nights with Saskia Bjornson and Wednesday nights with Chris Siver.

Thursday

6:30-7:30pm Track Run at Claremont School
Join Coach Johnny Greaves for your weekly track session. 

7:45-8:45pm Group Swim

Saturday Group Ride
Meet at Commonwealth Place for a ride leaving at 9am on the dot.

9-10am Group Swim
Join Coaches Johnny and Caity for a slightly more relaxed swim to end your training week.

10:30am-Noon (approx) Group long run
