Join your spin coach Chris Siver on the upper mezzanine of Commonwealth Place. Enter through the back doors. You'll need your bike, indoor trainer, fluids and a towel. An hour of spinning working on form and fitness awaits. A brief core workout follows each spin class...an added bonus shall we say.
