We run trails Wednesday nights 6:30-8pm (approx) and Sunday's at 9am for varying lengths of time. We will be running all year round offering Seasonal Programs with specific races or training in mind. Our goal is to provide not just running but coaching, guidance, support and marked routes whenever possible. We'd love to see this group continue to grow as new runners join us and train with us. Spend your Summer exploring some of the most beautiful trail systems in the world. This extensive 10 week Trail Running Program features one hill training night during the week and a long run each Sunday.

This program is closed to registration but drop in is still welcome. $10 per session paid to the run leader.
2018 Trail Running
Muddy Winter Trail Running. Training for the Island Trail Series (starts April) or just for fun. Great base training for Spring (Kusim Klimb) and Summer trail races (Finlayson Arm or Golden Ultra.)
