Trail Running  

We run trails Wednesday nights 6:30-8pm (approx) and Sunday's at 9am for varying lengths of time. We will be running all year round offering Seasonal Programs with specific races or training in mind.  Our goal is to provide not just running but coaching, guidance, support and marked routes whenever possible. Fall Trail Running - 14 Weeks 

Fall training features Wednesday "Night Runs" and Sunday runs. We'll explore the Sooke Coast Trail, Mt Tzouhalem as well as some old favorites. Marked routes, pace groups and coaching. Train, race, run, have fun...we do it all.  Total of 23 runs (10 Sunday, 13 Wednesday.)

Beginner Trail Clinic - 4 Weeks

The perfect start to trail running. We'll cover trail safety, fancy footwork, how to run hills, how to descend, and maybe enjoy a view or two along the way. If you've wanted to try trail running but have been nervous we hope to ease your mind and build your confidence. 


Saturday Afternoon: 1:00-2:30pm

Summer Trail Program

Current Program - Ends Sept 4th

Spend your Summer exploring some of the most beautiful trail systems in the world. This extensive 10 week Trail Running Program features one hill training night during the week and a long run each Sunday.

This program is closed to registration but drop in is still welcome. $10 per session paid to the run leader. 



2018 Trail Running


Muddy Winter Trail Running. Training for the Island Trail Series (starts April) or just for fun. Great base training for Spring (Kusim Klimb) and Summer trail races (Finlayson Arm or Golden Ultra.)
