Trail Running  Program Options

TriStars has just begun our Trail Running Program and thus far it has been a huge success. This Fall we will continue on with running the beautiful trail systems in our area as well we will be training for additional specific events such as the Kusim Klimb next June. We'll be offering group and online training as well as downloadable training plans. Stay tuned! 

Summer Trail Program

Spend your Summer exploring some of the most beautiful trail systems in the world. This extensive 10 week (June 28th-Sept 4th) Trail Running Program features one hill training night during the week and a long run each Sunday. Ideal training for the Finlayson Arm 28 or 50k this coming September.

Long Run Sunday - 9:00am start (2 - 4+ hours)

Beginner Trail Clinic

Perfect "starter" clinic for trail runners. Easy does it approach, learn how to run trails safely with tips and techniques practice. First time trail enthusiasts welcome!

Fall Trail Running

Explore the trails as the seasons change. Beautiful trails and new single track challenges. Great training for the Gunner Shaw trail classic in November.

Muddy Winter Trail Running. Training for the Island Trail Series (starts April) or just for fun. Great base training for Spring and Summer trail races.
