Trail Running

Trail running is great cross training for triathletes. It is also a great way to explore some of the most scenic views around the Victoria area. We are pleased to offer 3 Trail Running Programs in 2017. 

Summer Trail Running

June 28th - Sept 4th
This extensive 10 week trail program is for those with some trail experience already and features progressive longer Sunday runs and hill repeats on Wednesday nights. 

Fall Beginner Program

Sept 24th - Nov 26th
This 10 week program is specifically for those who are new to trail running. Featuring shorter runs of 60 - 90 mins this program is ideal for the first time trail runner. 

 Fall Trail Explorer Program

Sept 24th - Nov 26th
This 10 week program features longer runs than our Fall Beginner Program for runners with more trail experience and endurance. Runs 2 - 3 hours in length.
