2018 Fall Training Program

Our 2018 Summer Program will begin on September 17th, 2018 and run through to December 13th, 2018. 
Choose between a Full Fall Program, a bike only, a run only, or Swim only. All classes are suitable for everyone.

Your Fall coaches will be Jason Ball, Kylie Acford, Johnny Graves and Chris Siver along with your Saturday group ride leaders.

Pool Swim only

Join Coaches Jason Ball, Kylie Acford and Johnny Graves for pool swims. Work on speed, technical aspects of your stroke, and distance. Suitable for all levels. 

Tues - 7:45pm - 8:45pm
Thurs - 7:45pm - 8:45pm

Dates: Sept 18th - Dec 13th
Location: Commonwealth Pool
Cost: $180 + tax

Full Fall Program

A fantastic training program to see you through the Fall A mix of options, locations and activities.

Details on locations and time are listed below. 

Mon - Core and Stretching (Commonwealth)
Tues - Run/ Swim
Wed - Indoor Spin
Thurs - Run/Swim
Sat - Group Ride
Sun- Swim/Long Run (Road and/or Trail)

Indoor Bike

Want to get your spin on, this is the place to do it.  Get stronger on the bike over the winter with our indoor spin classes.

Wed - Indoor Ride ( Mezzanine at Commonwealth Pool)

Dates: Sept 19th - Dec 13th

Cost: $100

Members discount given at checkout.


Time and Location Info

Core and Stretching: is held at Commonwealth Pool in the Arbutus Room on Mondays. 
Tuesday and Thursday Swims: Commonwealth Pool. Suitable for all levels.
Tuesday and Thursday Runs: Commonwealth Pool, begin at 5:30 pm promptly.  Open to all level of runners.
Indoor Spin Wednesday: Mezzanine at Commonwealth Pool. 
Saturday Rides:  begin at 9 am from Commonwealth Place. This can vary so please check our individual ride group pages for more info. 
Sunday Swims: Commonwealth Pool.

The Small Print

Options are as written and can't be "mixed and matched." 
Drop in must be arranged in advanced with the program coach and the cost will be $10 per session.
Participants in all classes must be registered or pay a drop in fee to participate.
