2019 Fall Training Program

September 17th - December 12th

Monday - 6:30pm Stretch and Core

Tuesday - 6:30pm 
Swim at Thetis lake - Meet at Thetis Lake at 6:30pm. This swim will be shorter distances and some speed work / will also focus on transitions, drafting, swimming in a group, shallow and deep water starts. 

Wednesday - 6:30pm
Brick training - Learn how to run on bike legs. You will do a short bike workout and then hop off and go for a run. Great practice for speedy transitions 

Thursday - 6:30pm 
Swim at Thetis Lake - Longer swims, these are putting in the distance. Distance will range between 1500m and 2500m, depending on ability.

Saturday - 9am 
Bike ride at Commonwealth Pool. All levels 

Sunday - 8am 
Run - This will be a distance from 5km - 20km. We will meet at different locations around Victoria. 

Cost - Swim only
June 4th - Aug 29th 
$175.00 + tax = 183.75

Lake Swim only

Join Coaches Jason Ball, Kylie Acford and Johnny Graves at Thetis Lake. get comfortable in the open water. Work on speed, technical aspects of your stroke, and distance. Suitable for all levels. 

Tues - 6:30pm - 7:30pm
Thurs - 6:30pm - 7:30pm

A fantastic training program to get you ready for your Summer Races. We have a mix of options, locations and activities.

Outdoor Summer Bike

Want to get your cycle on, this is the place to do it.  Get stronger on the bike for your Summer races.

Monday - 6:30pm - Speed work on the bike for all levels of riders

Wednesday - 6:30pm brick training ( Bike to Run) All levels

Dates: June 5th - Aug 29th 2019

Cost: $100

Members discount given.


Time and Location Info

Indoor Spin: is held at Commonwealth Pool on the Mezzanine on Mondays. 
Tuesday and Thursday Swims: Commonwealth Pool. Suitable for all levels.
Tuesday and Thursday Runs: Commonwealth Pool, begin at 6:30 pm promptly.  Open to all level of runners.
Indoor Spin Wednesday: Mezzanine at Commonwealth Pool. 
Saturday Rides:  begin at 9 am from Commonwealth Place. This can vary so please check our individual ride group pages for more info. 
Sunday Swims: Commonwealth Pool.

The Small Print

Options are as written and can't be "mixed and matched." 
Drop in must be arranged in advanced with the program coach and the cost will be $10 per session.
Participants in all classes must be registered or pay a drop in fee to participate.
