Wednesday: Track Run Sessions (Various Locations)
Thursday: Open Water Swim 6-7:30pm (Thetis Lake)
Saturday: Group Ride (optional run after)
Sunday: Open Water Swim 9-10:15am (Elk Lake) & Run 10:30-11:30 onward
