Fall Trail Program

When: Sept 25th to Dec 31st (14 Weeks) 
Times: Wednesday 6:30pm - 7:30pm (Night Runs by Headlamp) and
Sunday 9am (Long Runs of 2-3 Hours)
Program: We will enjoy some new trails and challenges. We will also do some specific training to improve things like footwork, climbing and descending technique and so on. We'll get muddy and wet and I have no doubt it will be a lot of fun for all.
