Spring Training Program (Feb 28th - May 28th)

TriStars Spring Training Programs begin on Tuesday, Febuary 28, 2017 and run for 13 weeks, finishing on May 28, 2017. Our group training options are all listed below, along with the training schedule, cost and course code for easy registration. Hard Core Program

The Spring Hard Core Program is suitable for all athletes and is actually one of our best value training programs. Registering for this program means you can attend any or all of our group training sessions all Spring. The Spring Program will have you fully prepared for race season. 
Featuring nine training sessions per week, the

Tues: Run 6:30-7:30pm/Swim 7:45pm-8:45pm

Recreational Program

Our Recreational Program will help prepare you for Spring and Summer races by building a strong swim, bike, and run foundation. Train in a supportive and fun group atmosphere. The Recreational Program schedule is:

TriSTART Beginner Triathlon Program

TriSTART, our wonderful beginner program, runs from Feb 28 – April 29, 2017 (9 weeks.) This supportive group program is for those brand new to the sport of triathlon. This introductory training program includes a weekly triathlon discussion on topics such as transition, nutrition and fueling and swim/bike and run technique. This program is offered as preparation for the Beginner Tri for MS on May 7, 2017, or as a relaxed and fun way to get involved in the sport of Triathlon.

Indoor Spin Classes

TriStars indoor spin class. Good times, great people and a challenging workout weekly. 

Monday and Wednesday night indoor spin classes are both challenging and fun. Suitable for all riders. Some loaner trainers are available. Music, coaching, training all in one!

Lunchtime Long Course

Coaches Kylie Acford and Brian MacArthur will meet you on the pool deck for a solid midday swim workout at Crystal Pool.  This swim program is a collaboration between TriStars Training and the West Shore Aquatic Club.

*Please note: this program is not included with other group sessions in our Winter Program. This is a stand alone program. 

Dates: March 20th to May 19th
Mon/Wed/Fri: Noon - 1:00pm
Cost: $200 plus tax for 3 days a week, $145 plus tax for 2 days per week.
Drop In: $10 per session
 

Early Morning Swims

Coaches Kylie Acford and Brian MacArthur will meet you on the pool deck for a wake up to your day swim at Esquimalt Rec Centre.  This swim program is a collaboration between TriStars Training and the West Shore Aquatic Club.
