Complete Triathlon Program

The Complete Triathlon Program is suitable for all athletes. Registering for this program means you can attend any or all of our group training sessions all Spring. The Spring Program will have you fully prepared for race season. 
Featuring nine training sessions per week, the
Complete Program includes all the following: 

Mon: Indoor Spin Class 6:30-7:30pm
Tues: Run 6:30-7:30pm/Swim 7:45pm-8:45pm
Weds: Indoor Spin Class 6:30-7:30pm
Thurs: Run 6:30-7:30pm Swim 7:45-8:45pm
Sat: Group Ride 9-11am approx
Sun: Swim 9-10:00am/Run 10:30-11:30am

Recreational Program

Our Recreational Program will help prepare you for Spring and Summer races by building a strong swim, bike, and run foundation. Train in a supportive and fun group atmosphere. The Recreational Program schedule is: 

Tues: Run 6:30-7:30pm/Swim 7:45pm-8:45pm
Weds: Spin Class 6:30-7:30pm
Thurs: Run 6:30-7:30pm/Swim 7:45pm-8:45pm
Sat: Group Ride 9:00-11:00am approx

TriSTART Beginner Triathlon Program

TriSTART, our wonderful beginner program, runs from Feb 27th – April 28th, 2018. This supportive group program is for those brand new to the sport of triathlon. This introductory training program includes a weekly triathlon discussion on topics such as transition, nutrition and fueling and swim/bike and run technique. This program is offered as preparation for the TriStars Triathlon on May 6th, 2018, or as a relaxed and fun way to get involved in the sport of Triathlon.

Swim Only Program

TriStars Swim Coach Johnny Greaves and Jason Ball working with our swim group.

Our Spring swimming program will kick start your training, with plenty of individual attention from our 3 experienced coaches.

Indoor Spin Classes

TriStars indoor spin class. Good times, great people and a challenging workout weekly. 

Monday and Wednesday night indoor spin classes are both challenging and fun. Suitable for all riders. Some loaner trainers are available. Music, coaching, training all in one!

Rides venture outside in April and will include optional run bricks too.

TriStars Spring Running Program is suitable for all level of runners. Track runs and hill runs and endurance runs are staples of our Spring run program. Suitable for all runners. Improve your run times with this great program.
