When: The TriStars Groups ride meets Saturday mornings 9am at Saanich Commonwealth Place. Our rides are open to the public! Come join us!
Location: We meet in the first parking lot to the left, as you are pulling in to Commonwealth Place. Park near the back of the lot, closest to Elk Lake Drive.
What to Bring: All riders must carry ID and carry emergency contact information. Please dress appropriately for the weather conditions. Being comfortable makes the rides a lot more fun! Also bring a few bucks for coffee after the ride at one of our favorite spots, usually Francellis at the Royal Oak Shopping Mall (across from Shoppers.)
Indoor Spin Option: When the weather makes outdoor riding miserable, we ride indoors. The ride is "called" by 7am and the decision is posted on our Facebook Page. Indoor rides take place on the mezzanine (back doors) at Commonwealth Place from 9am to approximately 11am. Please arrive a few minutes early to set up your bike/trainer. We do one hour of spin, some core work, then a second optional hour of spin.
Please bring your own bike/indoor trainer/towel/fluids and plenty of energy. We do have a few indoor trainers we can lend out: contact: firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve one prior to the ride.
