Spring Program (Feb 26th-Apr 28th)

Small group training sessions with Saskia Bjornson. Learn the sport of triathlon in a fun and supportive atmosphere.  This NEW program consists of hands on coaching plus a training program to follow at home. This class will help prepare you for your first triathlon or for more advanced training sessions.  All swim, bike and run abilities welcome. Group training plus a weekly triathlon discussion on topics such as transition, nutrition and fueling and swim/bike and run technique. Ideal training for TriStars Spring Triathlon on May 5th, 2018 (details and a discount code for participants coming soon.)

Mon: Indoor Spin Class 6:30-7:30pm
Sat: Group Ride 9-10:30am (optional)
Sun: Class & Swim 9:00-10:00am, Run 10:30-11:30am 

Program includes initial welcome meeting night (first Tuesday) to cover questions and outline the program. You'll receive training sessions which can be done between the weekly group sessions.
