Our Recreational Program features just the right amount of training for those doing Sprint or Olympic distances, or those who are looking for a great mix of cross training in a fun and supportive atmosphere. From beginner on up, our programs are suitable for all athletic abilities.

Tues: Run 6:30-7:30pm/Swim 7:45-8:45pm
Thurs: Run 6:30-7:30pm/Swim 7:45-8:45pm
Sat: Group Ride 9:00-10:30am (approx)

Spring

feb 26 - may 27, 2018

Our Recreational Program will help prepare you for Spring and Summer races by building a strong swim, bike, and run foundation. Train in a supportive and fun group atmosphere. Suitable for all athletic abilities. 

 

 

 

Need Some Extra Attention?

We offer one on one sessions for all three sports. If you feel as though you are not quite grasping a skill or want more specific feedback to aid in improvement in one ore more sports contact us to set up a one on one coached session.
