Come out and give triathlon training a “Tri”. A fun and supportive introductory course for anyone interested in the sport of triathlon, from complete beginners to athletes more seasoned in a single sport.

Thursday - 6:30pm Run / 7:45pm Swim
Saturday - 9:00am Bike ride
We will also be doing introduction talks about Triathlon
