Recreational Program

This option includes a balance of training for the Fall, when the focus is on improving form while maintaining your fitness. Less intense than some of our other seasonal programs, Fall is the time to kick back and relax just a little, while enjoying training with a great group of friends and teammates. 

Tues:  Swim 7:45pm-8:45pm
Thurs: Run 6:30-7:30pm/Swim 7:45-8:45pm
Sat: Group Ride 9-11am approx

Swim Only Program

Our Fall swim program gives you a chance to improve your form after lake swimming all summer. Get back to drills for stroke improvement and develop some habits to carry you through the next race season. Our swim coaches will help you every step of the way.

Saturday group riders - B Group 

Taste of Tri

This 4-week program is designed to give those who have never experienced triathlon training a chance to get their feet wet. This intro to triathlon clinic features a little swimming, running, cycling, and plenty of information. Suitable for complete beginners or those with swim, bike or run backgrounds.  

Tues: Lecture 6:30-7:16pm/Swim 7:30-8:15pm
Thurs: Run 6:30-7:15pm/Swim 7:30-8:15pm

Core/Yoga Class

TriStars Swim Coach Johnny Greaves and Jason Ball working with our swim group.

A relaxing hour of stretching and core work. Ideal for working out the kinks and strengthening your core. Class suitable for complete beginners or more seasoned yoga participants.

Indoor Spin Classes

TriStars indoor spin class. Good times, great people and a challenging workout weekly. 

Our Wednesday night spin classes are popular and for good reason. Great tunes, fun people and a wicked workout. Suitable for all riders, bring your bike and indoor trainer and come out for a solid hour of indoor training.
