Our Complete Triathlon Program includes 8 weeks of planned and organized training sessions. Featuring 9 training sessions per week, you will swim, bike and run your way to peak form and race readiness. Our programs are suitable for all athletic abilities and for athletes doing Sprint distance and beyond. 

 

 


Spring Program

Feb 26 - May 27th, 2018

Our Complete Spring Program is suitable for all athletic abilities. Made up of 9 group training sessions per week this program will prepare you mentally and physically for your 2018 goal races from Sprint to half iron distance, as well as being a big part of your Ironman training.

Mon: Indoor Spin Class 6:30-7:30pm
Tues: Run 6:30-7:30pm/Swim 7:45-8:45pm
Weds: Indoor Spin Class 6:30-7:30pm
Thurs: Run 6:30-7:30pm/Swim 7:45-8:45pm
Sat: Group Ride 9-11am (Approx) 
Sun: Swim from 9-10am/Run 10:30-11:30am

If our group training sessions times and days don't fit your schedule considering hiring a coach. We offer fully supported online coaching plans for both long and short course athletes. A personalized monthly coaching plan will support and prepare you for your very first triathlon or help you improve for your 10th Ironman.
