Arizona Destination Camp
There's something new for 2017—the Arizona Destination Camp! Join Coach Jason Ball for 6 days of training in a beautiful community located 20 minutes outside of Phoenix. Jason has a solid training plan in mind, one that is adaptable to your goals, fitness level, and ability. Along with swimming, cycling, and running you'll enjoy yoga, and spend time going over the many aspects of successful training and racing. Jason has completed more than 20 half irons, and 10 iron distance races, so he's got plenty of experience to draw on and share.
The Arizona Camp includes breakfast, one dinner, and a support vehicle for group activities. And there's plenty of time to socialize and have fun when you are not busy training.

Camp Training Schedule
Sunday - Arrive in Phoenix, unpack, and go for an easy run to loosen the legs.
Monday - 1hr Swim in the morning, Breakfast, 5hr ride with a 30min run off the bike
Tuesday - 1 hr Swim in the morning, Breakfast, 5hr ride with a 30min run off the bike
Wednesday - 6hrs ride on the Ironman Arizona course. 30min run off the bike
Thursday - 1hr Swim in the morning, 2hr ride, 1 hr run off the bike
