Training Programs
PLEASE NOTE: Summer Programs will be available for registration in early April.
Summer Race Prep Programs include:
3 coached open water swims per week @ Thetis Lake (Tuesdays/Thursdays @ 6pm & Sundays @ 9am – if you do not own a wetsuit yet, or prefer not to open water swim in June, then see option below to swim at Saanich Commonwealth Pool
BRick Hill Ride/Run: Wednesdays @ 6pm
Long Ride: Saturdays Fort Street Cycle @ 9am – varying distances/times
Long Run: Sundays Thetis Lake @ 10:30am – varying distances/times
Race Site and Transition Practices/Q & A sessions
Train for:
Priority B Races – Victoria Triathlon June 16, Tri of Compassion June 30
Priority A Races – Self Transcendence Aug 4 and Kelowna Apple Tri Aug 18 (Road Trip!!)
Please note: For those who want to take part in the Summer Training Programs but may not want to open water swim in June, then please consider the option of swimming indoors for that month. To do this you will need to register separately for the Tues/Thurs swim classes at Commonwealth Place - you will need to sign up for the summer months but can withdraw and receive a refund for July/August. For those who swim on their own during the summer, we also have a Summer Bike/Run only program.

Sprint Distance Race Prep Program – SUMMER
When: Jun 4 – Aug 25, 2013 (12 weeks)
Cost: $225 + tax (Full Summer Program – open water swims in June, July & August included)
Cost: $205 + tax (Modified Summer Program – open water swims in July & August included; for indoor swims during June please register separately at Saanich Commonwealth Place – see above)
Olympic Distance Race Prep Program – SUMMER
When: Jun 4 – Aug 25, 2013 (12 weeks)
Cost: $245 + tax (Full Summer Program – open water swims in June, July & August included)
Cost: $225 + tax (Modified Summer Program – open water swims in July & August included; for indoor swims during June please register separately at Saanich Commonwealth Place – see above)
