2013 will be full of endurance training for Crystal as she aims to complete for first 1/2 IM.  Triathlons have taken over Crystal’s lifestyle in a positive way, and she knows it is going to stay for awhile. In 2011 Crystal joined the TriStars team and has since competed in 6 olympic distance races, including the World Age Group Championships in New Zealand.  In 2012, Crystal podiumed for 1st place in two races, including Subaru Sooke which gave her a qualifying spot for the London World Age Group Championships in September.  She plans on qualifying,competing, and travelling to as many World Championship races as possible by the time she reaches 30!

Joining TriStars was the best thing Crystal has done! Crystal enjoyed the team so much that she has also taken on the role of the TriStars team assistant and is one of the NCCP Trained Coaches.
