CONSULTATION CLIENTS

Start with a complimentary 1 hour meeting. This option is ideal for those athletes who are self-coached but still want or need advice on a weekly basis. Consultation Clients provide their training schedule for review each week. TriStars Training will provide comments, suggestions and tips in response.

Consultation Clients are automatic members of the TriStars Training Team.
